All items at MyPetMoment are made-to-order. That means we create each item individually, just for you, after your order is placed – ensuring both personalization and top quality.
We carefully craft each product in-house with premium materials and great attention to detail. Because each item is made just for you, production and delivery may take a few days – but it’s worth the wait. Most orders are delivered within 5–8 business days after processing.

Please note: During busy times like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Halloween, and Christmas, estimated delivery dates may extend by a few additional days due to high demand.
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please note that it may take 5–7 business days before tracking updates appear, depending on when the carrier scans your package into their system.
If no tracking information is available right away, don’t worry – it simply means the carrier hasn't registered the package yet. Once scanned, the tracking page will update automatically.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. MyPetMoment cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Also, if you contact the shipping carrier to reroute or forward your package after it has left our facility, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay that may occur as a result.
