You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or replacement.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact us at support@mypetmoment.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the process and, if approved, send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, email us with photos so we can quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, contact us at support@mypetmoment.com.
